Appointments and fees

I work online and in north London at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub. I offer a free 15 minute consultation.

If we decide to work together we will then meet for an assessment appointment, after which we can mutually decide whether further appointments are indicated and in what format.

Standard appointments are 50 minutes long. Anything longer than this is considered an Intensive.

I am registered with a number of private health insurance companies including Bupa, WPA, Aviva and Vitality. You will need to check with your insurance company whether your policy covers psychology sessions, the extent of your allowance and whether there is an excess to pay.
