What to expect

I offer a free 15 minute consultation.

Standard appointments are 50 minutes long. We will initially meet for an assessment appointment, after which we can mutually decide whether further appointments are indicated.

I am mostly working online via Zoom. Face-to-face appointments take place in Mill Hill, London (NW7). I am occasionally able to offer home visits if this is indicated (this may incur travel costs).

Fees

Therapy and assessment appointments are charged at £140 for a 50 minute session.

I am registered with a number of private health insurance companies. You will need to check with your insurance company whether your policy covers psychology sessions, the extent of your allowance and whether there is an excess to pay. You will be liable for any outstanding amount should your insurance company fail to make payments.

Cancellations

At times it may be necessary to cancel your appointment for a number of reasons. Please cancel with 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full rate. Please note that cancellation fees are generally not covered by private health insurance companies, and you will be liable to pay.
